New World’s upcoming Season 8 is set to introduce a new progression track, offering a range of rewards for players. As with previous seasons, benefits are available for both those playing for free and those who purchase the premium season pass, with the latter receiving a more extensive collection of items.
Players engaging with the free progression track in Season 8 can still earn valuable rewards as they advance. These include cosmetic items such as free tool skins and dye packs, notable gear pieces like two artifacts (the Lich Gloves and the Vampire’s Vestments), and housing decorations such as the Tainted Oratory Tent skin. These free incentives provide tangible goals for all players throughout the season.
For players who opt for the paid premium track, the benefits encompass everything available on the free track, plus a variety of additional exclusive items. This includes nine themed weapons, the complete Blackguard’s Armor Set for character customization, and unique emotes such as “Brush Off Shoulder” and “Touch Grass.” The paid track is designed to offer significantly more cosmetic and gear options for invested players.
New World Season 8, titled “Season of the Divide” and featuring a PvP focus, is scheduled to launch very soon, on May 13th. Players can look forward to progressing through the season track and earning these outlined rewards shortly.
